Yesterday we brought the whole Parco team together for our end-of-financial-year stand down, a chance to reflect on what’s been a huge year, chat together and look ahead to what’s next...

It was great to get everyone in one place over coffee, sandwiches, and a well-earned goodie bag. More importantly, it gave us the space to talk openly, about where we’ve been, where we’re going, and the part every single person plays in that journey.

This one felt different too.

We were joined by our new colleagues from Ipsum, who shared valuable insight into the partnership, from Health & Safety to the bigger opportunities ahead. There’s a real sense of momentum building, and it’s exciting to see where this can take us.

A big thank you as well to Tim Douglas from InstaVolt for speaking directly to our gangs, breaking down the numbers they delivered last year and what’s coming next. Hearing it straight from the source makes it hit home.

Because at the centre of it all is our gangs, the people on the ground turning plans into reality, day in, day out.

These sessions aren’t just about updates. They’re about connection, clarity, and reminding everyone just how much their work matters. The passion across our teams for building EV infrastructure across the UK isn’t just impressive, it’s what drives everything forward.
